1. Shipping Coverage & Carriers
Shiv Telecom ships products to all serviceable pincodes across India. We partner with India’s leading courier networks including BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, and India Post to ensure your orders reach you quickly and safely.
2. Delivery Timeframes
Metro Cities: 2 to 4 business days
Rest of India: 3 to 6 business days
Order Processing Time: Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST are dispatched on the same business day.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer FREE Shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499 across India. For orders under ₹499 or Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal delivery fee of ₹49 is applied at checkout.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing your AWB tracking number and courier tracking portal link. You can also track your order status anytime using our Track Order Page.
5. Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears opened or physically damaged, please refuse delivery and immediately inform our customer support at +91 87582 28198 with an unboxing video.
